Harrell (knee) is expected to get the green light and figures to battle for the QB1 role, Hunter Bailey of The Charlotte Observer reports.
Analysis:While the starting quarterback heading into fall is Pitt transfer Cole Gonzales after an impressive spring showing, Harrell still will aim to get back to full health and duke it out. The former starter has yet to be fully cleared, but he'll aim to battle Gonzales into the fall once he's completely back from his knee injury.
