Analysis:Alexander is set to play a third straight season on a two-way pact and will likely spend most of his time with Utah's G League affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars. The 23-year-old guard appeared in nine regular-season games for the Pelicans last season, averaging 5.2 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 12.3 minutes per tilt.
