Khamenia is projected to be part of the 2026-27 Huskies' starting lineup for their regular season, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Analysis:Even though Khamenia has never been a full-time starter, his sudden emergence as one would be unsurprising. After all, he logged significant minutes during Duke's 2025-26 season, his first year. Across 38 games, Khamenia not only averaged 19.7 minutes but also 5.7 points and 3.3 rebounds. If the rising sophomore's free-throw percentage (67.3) and minutes improve, he would be an excellent player next season.
