Rotowire ·

Kinsky signed a new contract with Tottenham, the club announced.

Analysis:

Kinsky joined from his hometown club Slavia Prague in January 2025 and made an immediate impression with a clean sheet on his debut in a Carabao Cup win against Liverpool. The 23-year-old Czech goalkeeper stepped into the starting role under coach Roberto De Zerbi following Guglielmo Vicario's hernia surgery, playing every minute of the final seven matches of the season and delivering a string of inspiring saves against Wolves, Leeds and Everton that earned him nominations for the Premier League's Save of the Month and Save of the Season awards. His clean sheet in the crucial final-day win against Everton marked his 20th appearance for the club. Sporting director Johan Lange and De Zerbi both praised his work ethic, character and potential, with De Zerbi describing Tottenham as the perfect place for him to continue developing into one of the best goalkeepers in Europe.
