Dorrio suffered another setback late in the season, this time to the rectus femoris of his left quadriceps, in what has been an unusually injury-plagued campaign for the winger compared to the rest of his career, according to Jorge Garrido of Diario Sur.
Analysis:
Dorrio has been limited to just 340 minutes this season after totaling more than 3,000 minutes in each of his previous two campaigns with Racing Ferrol and Amorebieta, with the latest injury ruling him out for the remainder of Malaga's five remaining league fixtures. The winger had shown signs of finding his rhythm before this setback, contributing two assists from set pieces against Andorra and Deportivo in his most recent appearances before the injury strucked.
