Analysis:
Waters didn't play in any of San Antonio's last six postseason games or log more than eight minutes in any of his nine playoff appearances. The 28-year-old swingman logged double-digit minutes in just 10 of his regular-season outings and averaged a career-low mark in minutes. He's slated to be an unrestricted free agent this summer.
