Walthall signed with the Jets on Monday.
Analysis:
Walthall was waived by the Texans last week but already has found a new home with the Jets. The 23-year-old undrafted rookie from Incarnate Word recorded 155 receptions for 2,137 yards and 22 touchdowns across 24 games during his final two collegiate seasons. He's expected to battle for a depth spot in the Jets' receiving corps as the offseason progresses.
