Casey did not participate in LIV Golf Korea due to a wrist injury, Paul Higham of Golf Monthly reports.
Analysis:
Casey withdrew prior to the start of the tournament because of his injury and was replaced by Australian Travis Smyth, who joined the Crushers GC team of Anirban Lahiri, Charles Howell III and captain Bryson DeChambeau. The severity of Casey's injury is not clear, but it puts him in jeopardy of missing LIV Golf Andalucia next week. The Englishman is currently 39th in the LIV Golf individual season standings, which is only eight spots clear of the Drop Zone and relegation from the breakaway league.
