Rahm posted a 15-under cumulative score at LIV Golf Virginia to finish tied with Scott Vincent and Joaquin Niemann for eighth.
Analysis:
Rahm made his big move up the leaderboard with a seven-under 65 score Saturday. He was up-and-down during the final round Sunday, though he finished strong by going four-under over the final three holes, thanks mostly to his albatross on the par-5 17th. Rahm has been the definition of consistency since joining the breakaway tour, having finished in the top-10 in all but one LIV Golf event (including four tournament victories) while winning the Individual Championship in both 2024 and 2025. The two-time major champion is in the field for next week's PGA Championship, where he finished T8 in 2025 when the event took place at Quail Hollow.
