Boswell has committed to Maryland, per Inside the Black and Gold.

Analysis:

Boswell will join the Terrapins after playing the first two years of his college career with Tennessee. The 6-foot-4 guard averaged 6.2 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.1 assists while shooting 39 percent from beyond the arc this past season.
