The Dallas Cowboys signed former Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton, the team announced Monday.

It's unclear if adding Hilton will end the Cowboys' interest in Odell Beckham Jr.

Dallas made a strong run at the free-agent wide receiver but is reportedly concerned Beckham can't play before mid-January after bringing him in for a physical. Beckham suffered a torn ACL in the last Super Bowl while playing for the Los Angeles Rams.

Hilton hasn't played this season after spending the first decade of his career with the Colts.

"Great addition," head coach Mike McCarthy said Monday, according to Jon Machota of The Athletic. "We'll get him out there Wednesday and get him acclimated. He had a workout. Everything passed with flying colors. The timing is right. He's ready to go."

The 33-year-old made four Pro Bowls and produced five 1,000-yard campaigns with the AFC South club. He also led the NFL in receiving yards (1,448) in 2016.

Hilton joins a receiving group led by CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup, and James Washington.
