Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is expected to make his return from injury Friday against the San Antonio Spurs, league sources told TNT's Chris Haynes.
The 37-year-old missed the Lakers' last five games due to a left adductor strain he suffered in the Nov. 9 contest against the Los Angeles Clippers.
James was sidelined for 26 games last season due to various leg injuries and 27 contests during the 2020-21 campaign as he dealt with a high ankle sprain.
The Lakers star is averaging 24.9 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 6.9 assists in 10 games this season.
