Watch: Trailer released for Giannis biopic 'Rise'

The first trailer for the upcoming Disney+ movie about Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo and his brothers dropped Tuesday.

Releasing June 24, "Rise" tells the story of the Antetokounmpos' journey from Greece to the NBA. It stars real-life brothers Uche Agada and Ral Agada as Giannis and Thanasis, respectively.

"Rise" also co-stars Jaden Osimuwa and Elijah Sholanke as Kostas and Alexandros Antetokounmpo, with Yetide Badaki portraying the brothers' mother, Vera, and Dayo Okeniyi playing their late father Charles.

Giannis served as an executive producer on the film. He previously said he hopes it "will inspire those in similar circumstances to keep the faith, stay true to their goals, and not to give up on striving for a better life."
