Chargers' Allen among 11 NFL players placed on COVID-19 list

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen and New Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan were among 11 NFL players placed on the COVID-19 list Monday.
All 11 players registered a positive test, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, jeopardizing their status for Week 14.

- Saints DE Cameron Jordan
- Bills LB A.J. Klein
- Packers QB Jordan Love
- Raiders RB Jalen Richard
- Lions OL Evan Brown
- Giants OL Wes Martin
- Panthers OL Trent Scott
- Browns TE Stephen Carlson
- Buccaneers LS Zach Triner
- Jets LB Blake Cashman
Chargers head coach Brandon Staley said Monday he's hopeful Allen can come off the list in time to face the New York Giants on Sunday, according to Daniel Popper of The Athletic.
The Saints are equally hopeful of a quick return for Jordan, who's vaccinated and asymptomatic, reports Amie Just of NOLA.com. The Saints will face the New York Jets on Sunday.
