Lionel Messi's move to Paris Saint-Germain is proving profitable for Michael Jordan.

The NBA legend, whose company Jordan Brand has a sponsorship deal with PSG, has made $7 million from Messi's jersey sales since Messi joined the club last week, according to Argentinian media outlet TyC Sports, as translated by Insider's Sam Cooper.

PSG has reportedly totaled $140 million in sales of Messi's No. 30 jersey thus far, with Jordan receiving a 5% cut.

PSG partnered with Jordan Brand in 2018, becoming the first football club to land a deal with the Nike subsidiary. The 2021-22 season will mark the first time PSG's home kits will feature the brand's Jumpman logo.
