Juventus have reached an agreement with Sassuolo to sign Manuel Locatelli for €35 million plus add-ons, reports Fabrizio Romano of The Guardian.
The defensive midfielder reportedly signed a five-year contract until 2026.
Juventus are expected to announce the deal later this week, Romano adds.
Juve's interest in the 23-year-old intensified shortly after he won the European Championship with Italy in July.
Juventus sporting director Pavel Nedved confirmed the club's interest at the end of July, saying, "We want the player and he wants us, we are convinced that our offer is good and fair."
Locatelli joined Sassuolo in 2019 after enjoying a successful loan spell at the club from AC Milan. He scored four goals and provided three assists in 34 Serie A matches last season.
