Player rankings are the weapon of choice for most fantasy owners entering a draft, but they aren't the only tool you should be using.

Breaking down each position into tiers will help you prepare by properly identifying player value, allowing you to react accordingly when runs happen during your draft.

Position Tiers
QB | RB | WR | TE

*Draft values are based on 12-team half PPR leagues.

Tier 1

Draft value: 4th to 5th round

Tier 2

Draft value: 5th to 6th round

Tier 3

Draft value: 7th to 8th round

Tier 4

Draft value: 9th round

Tier 5

Draft value: 10th round

Tier 6

Draft value: 11th to 13th round

Tier 7

Draft value: 14th round or later
