Ceuleman's 2020-21 season was limited to just a handful of games due to the AJHL's campaign getting cut short, so he hasn't played a ton over the last year. He had a promising tournament with Team Canada at the U18 worlds and possesses all the tools to be a talented all-around defenseman.

He's shown promise as an offensive defenseman, but that doesn't mean he can't shut it down defensively. He's played extremely well in the AJHL, but the level of play in the league isn't necessarily comparable to some of the others that players hail from - which adds a bit of a question mark as to whether Ceuleman's play will translate at a higher level.

What they're saying

"An offensive blue-liner who throws caution to the wind to create offensively," writes Dobber Prospect's Tony Ferrari. "There will be some reigning in needed, but the tools should intrigue any team that thinks they can reign the free-wheeling blue-liner."

"Progressed well from the start of the U18s to the end, but at times he leaves you wanting more," wrote Sportsnet's Sam Cosentino.
