Warriors' Wiseman has sprained wrist, will be re-evaluated in 7-10 days

Golden State Warriors rookie center James Wiseman has a sprained left shooting wrist and will be re-evaluated in 7-10 days, the team announced Monday.
Wiseman suffered the injury in Saturday's win against the Detroit Pistons.
The 19-year-old currently leads NBA rookies in rebounds and blocks per game while ranking third in scoring. He posted a career-high 25 points in a Jan. 27 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
