Portland Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum's wine might have played a role in teammate Damian Lillard's dominant bubble performance.

In a piece by Taylor Rooks for GQ Magazine about the NBA bubble, McCollum shared that Lillard was a big fan of his McCollum Heritage 91 pinot noir blend and drank it regularly during their time in Orlando.

"McCollum's backcourt running mate said Heritage 91 was a magic elixir, the good-luck charm behind his historic bubble hot streak," Rooks wrote. "Every time Lillard drank some, he'd go out and drop 50 on the other team, so he made it a point to incorporate McCollum Heritage 91 into his nightly routine."

McCollum also recounted Lillard telling him: "Don't bring me nothing besides that Heritage - I only want to drink the Heritage!"

Lillard was named MVP of the NBA's seeding games after averaging 37.6 points, 9.6 assists, and 1.4 steals in the eight contests, including a 61-point performance against the Dallas Mavericks.
