Bills fans make $17 donations in memory of Allen's late grandmother
Buffalo Bills fans are showing their support for Josh Allen following the news that the quarterback's grandmother, Patricia Allen, died Saturday at the age of 80.
Fans are donating $17 - for the signal-caller's jersey number - to the Oishei Children's Hospital in Buffalo in memory of Allen's late grandmother, according to Harry Scull Jr. of the Buffalo News. A Bills spokesperson said Allen is aware of the donations and appreciates the support.

Allen has made frequent visits to Oishei in the past and helped raise proceeds for the hospital through his Josh's Jaqs cereal and a collaboration with New Era.
Allen learned of his grandmother's death less than 24 hours before the Bills faced the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. He tied a career high with 415 passing yards to go along with four total touchdowns en route to a 44-34 win.
