Williamson began a league-mandated four-day quarantine period Friday after returning to Orlando following an excused absence. He initially exited the bubble July 16 because of an "emergency family medical matter."
The 20-year-old will participate in two practices before the Pelicans play their first seeding game against the Utah Jazz on Thursday, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Williamson has been outstanding through his 19 NBA games, averaging 23.6 points on 58.9% shooting along with 6.8 rebounds.
The Pelicans (28-36) enter the season restart 3.5 games back of the Memphis Grizzlies (32-33) for the Western Conference's eighth seed.
