Shaq to donate proceeds from Super Bowl party to crash victims' families
Shaq's Fun House will go on.
Shaquille O'Neal announced he will be hosting his Super Bowl party in Miami on Friday as scheduled and plans to donate all proceeds to the families of the victims killed in Sunday's helicopter crash and the Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Foundation.
"Been going back and forth the past couple of days on if I should even have my event in Miami this weekend," O'Neal wrote Wednesday on Instagram. "Part of me wanted to stay to myself as I reflect what my brother and his family mean to me and my family. But in thinking what would Kobe want, what would he do? Kobe would want us to push through and celebrate life. So let's do just that."
O'Neal is scheduled to perform at the party under his DJ Diesel moniker along with Diddy, Diplo, Pitbull, Tiesto, and others.
