Dewayne Dedmon's tenure with the Sacramento Kings could turn out to be a short one.
The veteran center wants a trade out of Sacramento, and multiple teams have made offers in anticipation of a deal prior to the trade deadline, sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania.
Dedmon has found himself outside head coach Luke Walton's rotations of late, sitting due to coach's decisions in eight of the Kings' last 10 games. Richaun Holmes has received the bulk of minutes at center over that stretch.
Dedmon, 30, signed a three-year, $40-million contract with the Kings last summer, although the last year is not fully guaranteed. The 7-footer is averaging 4.8 points in 13.6 minutes per game this season.
