Usain Bolt may be ready to give football a shot.
When asked what it would take to get him in the NFL, the Jamaican sprinting legend and eight-time Olympic gold medalist identified the New England Patriots and Green Bay Packers as teams he would consider playing for.
"If the Patriots or Aaron Rodgers call me ... I'm ready!" Bolt told TMZ Sports.
Bolt recently told Arash Markazi of the Los Angeles Times that he received "a lot of offers to go to the NFL" 10 years ago but was concerned about the league's safety rules.
Bolt retired from track and field in 2017. He had a brief stint with Australian soccer club Central Coast Mariners last year before announcing in January that "the sports life is over."
