Expect to hear plenty of new music from Damian "Dame D.O.L.L.A." Lillard in the coming months.

The Portland Trail Blazers star and rapper told Rolling Stone's Daniel Kreps he's prepared songs to be released for just about every occasion this season - from big performances to the NBA's Christmas Day slate and All-Star Weekend.

"This summer, we recorded enough music where I could be rolling it during the season. For example, if it's a big game, I have music ready to go," Lillard said.

"One of my friends who I grew up with at home who's an up-and-coming artist, Tree Thomas, me and him have a mixtape called 'D.O.L.L.A. Tree' that we have already done that I'm going to put out at some point during the season. I'm just making sure I have music to release during the season so it doesn't go completely dead. It's stuff like that where I'm not losing momentum and I'm not just disappearing after doing a bunch of music."

Included in that "bunch of music" was Lillard's third album "Big D.O.L.L.A.," which he released in August, and diss tracks aimed at Shaquille O'Neal.

While Lillard's focus is on winning an NBA championship, he says a Grammy Award would be nice, too.

"First, I want to win a championship. I want to be MVP of the league," he said. "But to win a Grammy? That would be tight."
