Arthur Blank is still holding out hope that the Atlanta Falcons can turn their losing season around. And he continues to believe Dan Quinn is the man for the job.

Following a 53-32 loss to the Houston Texans that dropped the Falcons to 1-4, Blank was asked whether a coaching change is necessary.

"No. ... This staff has performed before. My hope is they can fix what needs to be fixed and start winning some games," Blank said, according to ESPN's Vaughn McClure.

Following a disappointing 7-9 season in 2018, Quinn overhauled his coaching staff and took over the defensive coordinator position to go alongside his head coaching duties. Quinn's defense gave up nearly 600 total yards Sunday and allowed Deshaun Watson to pick it apart for five touchdown passes.

Nonetheless, Blank appears willing to see if the Falcons can recapture some of the magic from their 2016 season, in which they reached Super Bowl LI.
