LaVar Ball and Lonzo Ball have been countersued by their former Big Baller Brand business partner, Alan Foster, for fraudulent concealment and breach of contract, according to legal documents obtained by The Blast's Mike Walters.

The documents assert that the Balls embezzled more than $2.5 million from Big Baller Brand and Ball Sports Group to fund a lavish lifestyle.

In his lawsuit, Foster also says he loaned the Ball family "hundreds of thousands of dollars" including more than $130,000 for Lonzo's living expenses while he was at UCLA.

"During Lonzo's first semester at UCLA, (Lonzo) complained to LaVar and Alan that his dorm room had poor air conditioning and he hated UCLA’s meal plan," the document states.

Last spring, Lonzo Ball sued Foster for more than $2 million, alleging that Foster had "conspired to embezzle millions of dollars and then divert those funds for his personal use, including to acquire assets in Ethiopia," according to ESPN's Ramona Shelburne.

Foster's association with the Ball family ended in March when he was dropped from the cast of their Facebook show, "Ball in the Family."

Lonzo, who was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans from the Los Angeles Lakers this summer, has distanced himself from BBB and has said he's open to signing a new shoe deal.
