LeBron reunites with St. Vincent-St. Mary's 'Fab 5' at I Promise School
LeBron James' old St. Vincent-St. Mary High School crew was back together Wednesday in his hometown of Akron, Ohio.
The Los Angeles Lakers star was joined by fellow St. Vincent-St. Mary's "Fab Five" members Romeo Travis, Sian Cotton, Dru Joyce III, and Willie McGee as well as coach Dru Joyce II for the unveiling of a new outdoor basketball court at the I Promise School.

"This is unbelievable, it's a dream come true not only for myself, but for my kids ... for our kids sitting up here as the Fab Five and Coach Dru as well, who led us throughout our whole life," James said, according to Suzanne Stratford of FOX 8.
James and his former teammates also played a pickup game against some of the I Promise School students.
The I Promise School opened in 2018 with the support of the LeBron James Family Foundation. As of mid-April, 90 percent of its inaugural class of third- and fourth-grade students had already met or exceeded their personal goals in reading and math.
