Muggsy Bogues, who was among the NBA players featured in "Space Jam," is skeptical LeBron James' sequel will live up to the original.
"I mean, I can't see it topping... you know, but it could be something for this generation, I don't know," Bogues said while in Manila for an NBA 3X Philippines weekend event, according to Camille B. Naredo of ABS-CBN News.
Asked if he'll have a role in "Space Jam 2," Bogues chuckled.
"I have no clue. I haven't heard anything," he said. "I don't know what the concept ... we saved the planet, I don't know what they're gonna save, the universe? So who knows. I don't know."
The Los Angeles Lakers' Anthony Davis, Golden State Warriors' Klay Thompson, and Portland Trail Blazers' Damian Lillard are all expected to have prominent roles alongside James in the new movie.
