Oilers sign Markus Granlund to 1-year deal

The Edmonton Oilers have signed forward Markus Granlund to a one-year contract, the team announced Monday.
Financial terms of the deal have yet to be disclosed.
Granlund, a 26-year-old center, spent last season with the Vancouver Canucks and registered 12 goals and 10 assists through 77 games.
