Jeremy Lamb is leaving the Charlotte Hornets to sign a three-year, $31.5-million contract with the Indiana Pacers, his agent, Jeff Schwartz, told The Athletic's Shams Charania.

Lamb averaged a career-high 15.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in 79 games (55 starts) last season while shooting 44 percent from the floor and 34.8 percent from deep.

The 27-year-old was drafted 12th overall by the Houston Rockets in 2012 and has split his career between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Hornets.
