Los Angeles Clippers head coach Doc Rivers and Chicago Bulls head coach Jim Boylen both finished their nights early on Friday in a rare occurrence.
Rivers and Boylen were jawing at each other with 1:14 remaining in the third quarter with their teams squaring off at Staples Center, and officials quickly ejected them.
Clippers forward Montrezl Harrell had just been whistled for an offensive foul, but it's unclear if that ignited the disagreement between the coaches.
Boylen gave high fives to his bench prior to exiting with the Bulls trailing 91-76 at the time.
