Sweat's incredible 40 time tops a number of current NFL stars

Former Mississippi State defensive end Montez Sweat destroyed the NFL combine on Sunday.

Sweat - who weighs 260 lbs - officially ran the 40-yard dash in 4.41 seconds, which is the fastest time posted by a defensive lineman in combine history.

The top prospect ran faster than a number of the NFL's top running backs and wide receivers. Here's a short list of some of the players he beat out:

Ezekiel Elliott: 4.47
Christian McCaffrey: 4.48

Sweat's incredible 40-yard dash also matched the efforts of Jalen Ramsey and Adrian Peterson.
