LeBron James is the gift that keeps on giving.
Near the end of the Los Angeles Lakers' convincing 111-88 road win over the Memphis Grizzlies at FedEx Forum on Saturday night, James was seen on the sidelines signing and handing over his game-worn shoes to one of the Grizzlies' ball girls, who was visibly emotional upon receiving them.
"Every year I've come here, she's always worn a very exclusive pair of my shoes. I've always noticed it, but I've never said anything to her," said James afterward, according to the Los Angeles Times' Tania Ganguli. "Tonight I said something to her for the first time, and she was like, 'yep, I've always been Team LeBron. Always.' So she got a pair of LeBrons."
James just missed a triple-double with 20 points, eight rebounds, and nine assists in 32 minutes of action to help the Lakers improve to 16-10.
