The San Francisco Giants could enter 2019 without one of their most iconic players, as the team is reportedly willing to listen to trade offers for left-hander Madison Bumgarner, according to Jon Paul Morosi of MLB.com.

The Milwaukee Brewers, Philadelphia Phillies, and Atlanta Braves have all inquired about Bumgarner's availability this offseason, sources tell Morosi.

While the Brewers and Phillies may remain interested, there are no active talks believed to be occurring between the Giants and Braves.

Recently appointed Giants president of baseball operations Farhan Zaidi is apparently looking for at least one top pitching prospect coming the other way in any deal for the four-time All-Star.

Bumgarner's postseason track record is likely a major draw for teams expecting to contend. He holds a career postseason ERA of 2.11 and earned World Series MVP honors in 2014 when he went 2-0 with a 0.43 ERA and a save over 21 innings against the Kansas City Royals. Bumgarner has allowed only one earned run in 36 World Series innings over three different seasons.

After years of consistency and durability early in his career, during which he accrued six consecutive 200-inning seasons, Bumgarner has been beset by injuries the past two campaigns.

None of the ailments have been related to his arm or shoulder, however, and were closer to freak accidents than repeatable instances. He missed time in 2017 after a dirt bike accident and lost the first two months of 2018 after taking a line drive off his hand in spring training.

Still, Bumgarner has been solid when he's been able to take the mound. Over those two injury-ravaged seasons, he's posted a 3.29 ERA with 1.17 WHIP and 210 strikeouts over 240 2/3 innings.
