Lions serving 'Thanksgiving pizza' at Thursday's game

The Detroit Lions are getting creative with their Thanksgiving Day food options.

Some fans in attendance for Thursday's game at Ford Field will be able to purchase Thanksgiving pizzas.

There will also be more traditional Thanksgiving dishes on the menu, such as turkey drumsticks and a smoked turkey BBQ sandwich, according to Susan Selasky of the Detroit Free Press.
