The final details of the high-stakes, head-to-head match between Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson were announced by Turner Sports on Thursday.

The suggested pay-per-view price is set at $19.99 and the show will start at 3 p.m. ET on Nov. 23, the day after Thanksgiving. There's a $9-million prize for the winning golfer.

The announcement comes two weeks after a report that tickets won't be available to the public for the event at Shadow Creek Golf Course in Las Vegas. Instead, only a small collection of sponsors and VIPs will be able to attend the match live.

The noon start in Las Vegas squashes rumblings that a portion of the match would be played under the lights in prime time.

Woods' and Mickelson's managers confirmed Wednesday that each golfer will donate a portion of the proceeds from the match to charity, according to Golf Channel's Rex Hoggard.
