Mason Crosby missed five kicks against the Detroit Lions in the Green Bay Packers' 31-23 defeat to their division rival.
Crosby missed a 41-yard field goal in the first quarter to begin his rough afternoon. He then missed two field goals in the second quarter - from 42 yards and 38 yards.
The veteran later missed an extra point in the fourth quarter and a 56-yard field goal with just over two minutes remaining.
No kicker in NFL history has finished 0-for-4 on field goals and 0-for-1 on extra points in a single game; Crosby avoided the unenviable distinction after making a field goal from 41 yards with two seconds remaining in the game.
