Kobe Bryant won't be playing in the BIG3 next season.
The chief marketing officer of Kobe Inc., Molly Carter, says the 39-year-old definitely won't be suiting up for Ice Cube's three-on-three league next year, according to The Associated Press' Brian Mahoney.
Speculation was rampant on Tuesday morning that Bryant would take his talents to the BIG3 after co-founder Jeff Kwatinetz said that he heard Kobe would be suiting up for the league next season, according to Mahoney. However, Kwatinetz acknowledged it may not have meant anything.
BIG3 is wrapping up its second season this week, as the championship game will be held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Friday.
