Report: Kings set sights on Bagley with No. 2 pick

After considering several players with the No. 2 pick in Thursday's NBA draft, the Sacramento Kings have honed in on Duke big man Marvin Bagley, according to ESPN's Jonathan Givony.

The Kings appear ready to take advantage of the center-heavy draft thanks to the apparent lack of progression from former lottery selection Willie Cauley-Stein, per Givony. The three-year pro averaged 12.8 points and seven boards in 28 minutes per game last season.

Bagley, meanwhile, finished a monster campaign in Durham, averaging 21 points and 11.1 rebounds. He won ACC Player of the Year and was named a consensus All-American.

If the Kings go this direction, they'll be passing on EuroLeague MVP Luka Doncic and Texas standout Mohamed Bamba.

Arizona forward Deandre Ayton is expected to go first overall to the Phoenix Suns.
