Report: Glen Davis identified as suspect in potential felony assault
Glen Davis has reportedly found himself on the wrong side of the law. The former NBA big man is a primary suspect in an ongoing assault case, sources told TMZ Sports.
The police are reportedly hoping to bring a felony assault charge against the 32-year-old for an incident which occurred outside a West Hollywood nightclub on April 8 that left one man hospitalized with broken bones.
Eye-witnesses to the altercation reportedly say the 6-foot-9, 300-pound ex-hooper slammed the victim into the concrete. Davis left the scene before police arrived.
Davis last appeared with the Los Angeles Clippers in the 2014-15 season, averaging four points and 2.3 rebounds in 12.2 minutes per game. He previously played for the Boston Celtics and Orlando Magic, capturing a title with the former as a rookie in 2008.
