The Philadelphia Flyers will be sweating the health of one of their star players as they look to even their first-round playoff series against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Sean Couturier left Flyers practice Tuesday morning with the help of training staff after colliding with Philadelphia defenseman Radko Gudas, limping off as he left for the dressing room, according to Dan Rosen of NHL.com.

Here is a clip of the collision:

"I really don't know anything yet.," Flyers captain Claude Giroux said, according to Adam Kimelman of NHL.com. "Didn't look good. I guess we'll know more later."

General manager Ron Hextall said the team won't have an update on Couturier until tomorrow, per Dave Issac of the Courier Post, and if he's forced to miss any time, it could be a potentially crippling hurdle for Philly to clear, as he tallied career highs in goals (31) and assists (45) during the regular season.

Game 4 is set for a 7:00 p.m. ET puck drop from Wells Fargo Center on Wednesday night.
