Montana rides into the sunset: Test your knowledge of the 49ers great

On this day in 1995, future all of Famer Joe Montana retired from the NFL after 16 seasons in front of a large crowd at Justin Herman Plaza in San Francisco.
The longtime 49er was especially great during the playoffs, in which he set multiple records - including touchdown passes and Super Bowl wins - before most were eventually surpassed later on in history.
