It appears Dwight Howard is on the move yet again, as sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski that the Charlotte Hornets have agreed a deal to send the center to the Brooklyn Nets for Timofey Mozgov, two second-round picks and cash.

The deal would save the Nets $17 million for the 2019-20 season, helping to create two max-salary slots on the roster.

The Nets will be Howard's sixth team in a well-traveled career, and represent the fourth straight season he's played for a new team. After spending the first eight years of his career with the Orlando Magic, Howard spent one season with the Los Angeles Lakers before joining the Houston Rockets.

He lasted three seasons with Houston before joining his hometown Atlanta Hawks for the 2016-17 campaign. His stay there didn't last long as he quickly joined the Hornets for last season. Howard showed flashes of his once-dominant self last campaign in Charlotte, pouring in 16.6 points and grabbing 12.7 rebounds per game, and could be a solid veteran for a young Nets squad.

The deal also sets Brooklyn up well for the future, as according to ESPN's Bobby Marks, the only Nets player that has a guaranteed contract for 2019-20 is Allen Crabbe. Depending on the restricted free agency of D'Angelo Russell and Rondae-Hollis Jefferson, the club could have over $60 million in cap space.

Mozgov only saw action in 31 games last season for the Nets, scoring 4.2 points and grabbing 3.2 rebounds per contest. New Hornets general manager Mitch Kupchak is certainly familiar with his work, as he signed Mozgov to a four-year deal while running the Lakers in 2016.
