Report: Newton appears OK following collision with dump truck

Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton reportedly lived out a metaphor he's experienced all too often in his NFL career.
Newton was involved in a collision with a dump truck Thursday in Atlanta, according to TMZ Sports. He was seen walking around his Ferrari immediately after and appeared to be fine.
While police confirmed the accident to TMZ, they said neither party wanted to fill out a report.
Newton was involved in a more serious car accident in 2014 when his truck was hit by another vehicle and flipped over several times.
