Dale Zanine / USA TODAY Sports

The Green Bay Packers may be abandoning their reputation Thursday night.

Green Bay is reportedly looking to move up during the first round of the draft, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The Packers currently hold the No. 14 overall pick.

This would mark the first time the Packers have moved up during the first round since 2009, where they selected linebacker Clay Matthews.

Green Bay promoted Brian Gutekunst to general manager in January, replacing Ted Thompson, who previously served in the role since 2005.

The Packers boast a league-best 12 selections for the upcoming draft.
