NFL coaches are known for asking really odd questions during prospect interviews at the NFL combine, but few could be stranger than one posed to Ohio State linebacker Jerome Baker in February.

"The one question that sticks out is, I sat down, and the first thing the coach asked me is what I would do if he punched me in the face right now?" Baker recounted to Justin Melo of DraftWire.

Baker, who racked up 72 tackles for the Buckeyes last season, is expected to hear his name called within the first three rounds of the draft in a few weeks.

"To me, being from Cleveland, my natural reaction was, 'Coach, no disrespect but if you punch me in the face, we're gonna fight right here.' That was just my natural response," he added. I guess that's what he wanted to hear, because he said, 'Good.'"

Baker didn't reveal which team asked the bizarre question.
