Seahawks finally nab successor to Lynch with versatile Penny

The Seattle Seahawks have selected running back Rashaad Penny out of San Diego State with the 27th overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft.
The Seahawks have been searching for a backfield mate for Russell Wilson since Marshawn Lynch's retirement. Penny joins a running back group that's highlighted by Chris Carson, Mike Davis, and C.J. Prosise.
A hugely productive college runner, Penny also excels as a receiver and a returner.
