Texans strengthen Watson's protection with Martinas Rankin

The Houston Texans selected offensive lineman Martinas Rankin out of Mississippi State in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft with the 80th overall pick.
Rankin is the second player taken by the Texans in this draft following third-round safety Justin Reid. He could slot in as a tackle or interior lineman but will likely have to work his way into the starting lineup.
